From Noble Knits, here’s a great free pattern for a long cowl that can be worn a few different ways! Go check it out!
After dinner last night I wound up this yarn, still not knowing what It was going to be. I guess the knitting gods (and the poll I took on Facebook) inspired me to knit a cowl. Well, during two hours of tv watching with my tween (yes, I’m ashamed to say, we watched the Dance Moms season premier), I was able to create this fun new cowl. The Wilde Weave cowl uses just one skein of Plymouth Wilde yarn (it took every bit of yarn) and knits up in about 2 hours. It’s a super bulky weight yarn and it’s very soft, so it felt great to work with and the basket weave stitch pattern is really satisfying to knit.I like that the cowl looks good work draped over the neck or that it can be wrapped twice for cold weather warmth.
