Interweave is offering a free ebook of 7 knitted hat patterns. It’s still pretty chilly out there … even for us folks in Florida. You may know Florida as the only state with NO SNOW thus far this winter in the United States!

They are really cool, aren’t they! I especially love the last one – the wrap. Beautiful. Go get ‘em and get warm!

Are you making gifts for the holidays? Well, time’s a tickin’! This week at Knitting Daily, more than a dozen items that (they promise!) you can knit up before the holidays were showcased. Well, we know that Eunny Jang, Lightning-Fast Knitting Goddess, would be able to whip these all out!

Please note that these aren’t free patterns, but they are reasonable and range from $3 to $5.50. I usually only post free patterns, but I also wanted to pass this link along to those who were needing quick holiday inspiration. And… back to my holiday projects!

Sigh. I so love Interweave. I now have even more reason to love them, because they’re offering a free eBook on felted knitting projects, which is something that I have been wanting to really get into. I’ve previously attempted to felt a scarf, which completely bombed (and the coincidence that it was for the woman who laid me off makes it even worse, dangit).

In order to download the ebook, you’ll have to sign up – and I can promise you from personal experience that you won’t be spammed. Plus you’ll be able to download future free ebooks and offers from Interweave, so go do it.
