Free Pattern: Envelope Bag from Free-KnitPatterns.com

OK – this is SO cool. I love the picture of this little bag so much, I cannot wait to sink my needles into it!

You may have gathered from previous postings that I am, for lack of a more polite term, a bag slut. I collect them, make them, stalk them, and love them. If Hermès begins making knitting bags, I’m going to have to take out a second mortgage (and no, I’m not joking).

This pattern is the Envelope Bag from Free-KnitPatterns.com.

From the online description, “This casual bag is knit on the bias, an interesting technique to add to your knitting knowledge. Bag size: 7″ x 7″, size 13 needles, wool/acrylic bulky ribbon yarn. Skill level: Beginner. Designed by Edie Eckman.”

Edie Eckman, you are too cool for school.
