Warmer weather is on its way, and if you’re like me, the results of some holiday snuggling are arriving… BABIES! June was my banner month, but I have a few more little people on their way any day now. Here’s a free pattern for an easy basketweave baby blanket:
This blanket is designed by Melissa Leedom and a great knit for charity if you don’t have any babies to knit for currently.
Why is there 93 stitches (an odd number) on the needles when trying to knit or purl them in even numbers? I feel like I have 1 extra stitch each row, tried to decrease by one, and still end up with that extra one next row?
I have no idea – this isn’t my pattern. I simply post free patterns that come my way. Please feel free to contact the website or the designer at the link and ask there – and then let us know what you find out!
